Our Ashrams
Moni baba ashram is built in the year 1953 on the banks of holy river Yamuna in Gokul, where Guru Karunanand spent the last leg of his time. The ashram is named after his guru, Guru Nityanand Maharaj as Nityanand Vidyapeeth. It is spread over 5 acres of area, which is visited by over 5 lac devotees every year. Ashram of Guru Nityanand maharaj itself can also be visited in a village near Mumbai, called Ganeshpuri.

About the Ashram
An ashram is a spiritual community formed around the body of teachings from a particular guru and lineage. Nityanand Vidyapeeth Ashram is based on the teachings of Swami Nityanand maharaj and Swami Karunanand maharaj. The ashram is open to people of all backgrounds to pursue their spiritual development.
Can we meet Guru ji in person?
Guru Nityanand maharaj and Guru Karunanand maharaj has attain samadhi. A devotee can visit their samadhi’s, if they like. Guru Nityanand maharaj samadhi is in Ganeshpuri, Maharashtra and Guru Karunanand maharaj samadhi is in Gokul, Mathura, UP. Full address and contact information can be found at contact us page.
Can we do samadhi poojan and bal bhog?
Yes it is possible to do both Samadhi Poojan and Balbhog. However, both needs to be arranged firsthand by contacting the Ashram. They also involve a cost, which can be paid directly at the Ashram. Samadhi Poojan typically includes Aarti, Samadhi darshan, and Abhishek (Ablution).
Are there any accommodation facilities in or around ashram?
Currently there are no possibilities to stay overnight on Ashram premise. However, in Gokul there are number of options that can be made use of. It can range upto 500 Rupees to 2000 Rupees a night for 2 people.
